As a Work at Home Customer Care and Sales Representative, you will maintain exceptional customer service while providing remote support for customers’ inquiries about lost or damaged devices and resolving customer issues. You will also be responsible for selling our Connected Home product and other offerings to customers on every call. You will engage with the customer to understand their technology and sell protection/tech support solutions.

Qualifications:

YOU ARE:
- An expert listener who wants to understand the customer’s issue and troubleshoot resolutions.
- Someone with a great work ethic. You are self-disciplined and able to manage time effectively according to established policies and procedures without close supervision.
- Well-spoken and empathetic. It’s key we solve our customer’s problems using clear communications.
- Able to learn and demonstrate up-selling techniques to promote additional services/products to enhance program loyalty.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or GED
- Flexible to work all shifts as required (evenings, weekends, and holidays)
- Able to attend a multi-week training program
- Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
