REMOTE NATIONWIDE
Work From Home Patient Services Representative-IMMEDIATE OPENINGS!

Patient Services Representatives communicate with patients via phone, accurately and timely schedule appointments based on provided protocols, pre-register patients and verify insurance.
This fast-paced position requires recent 2-year minimum working medical knowledge, experience in electronic health record systems (EMR/EHR), and basic insurance guidelines. Representatives may provide medical scheduling and must be quick learners with the ability to multi-task who speak and communicate clearly. Provides telephone patient clinical encounter messaging using clear, concise and correct grammar and spelling. Representatives can expect to handle 100 + calls back to back per shift. Proficient and self sufficient on the computer and have a sense of urgency in assisting patients. Our healthcare agents must have private, noise free, HIPAA compliant space at home.
This is a regular, full time position with paid training, benefits, and is 100% remote. No contracts! The call center only promotes from within so career opportunities are available. COMPUTER REQUIREMENTS – Must agree to meet these requirements after signing our offer letter and before start date:
**Computer Requirements: **Must be on a static location or address; devices such as laptops and chrome books are not acceptable due to security concerns**
- Computer Type: Mini, Full Tower, All-in-One
- Operating System: Windows 10 or newer; Mac Big Sur or newer
- Processor (CPU): Intel i5 / Ryzen 3 / M1 or better (4-8 Cores)
- Memory (RAM): 8GB or higher
**Monitor Requirements: 22-inches or bigger; Dual Monitor is highly recommended
- Input Device: A proper non-mechanical keyboard and mouse is required
**Internet Requirements: **Wireless(WiFi), Cellular(Hotspot), and Satellite internet connections are not acceptable due to the weather and radio frequency interference concerns which will cause unstable internet connectivity**
- Internet Provider Type: Cable Internet
**Computer Internet Connection Requirements: Wired Ethernet connection
- Internet Speed: 30mpbs for Download and 10mpbs for Upload Minimum
