Lands’ End, the clothing and home decor brand, has posted openings for Part-Time Work from Home Call Center Sales Agents.
In this role, you will place orders for customers, assist with product questions, and discover additional sales opportunities.
The starting pay rate for this role is $17/hour and averages 8-24 hours per week depending on your availability, and no weekends are required.

Do you thrive in a challenging fast-paced environment? Do you like building relationships with customers? If yes, we invite you to become a member of our business-to-business Call Center Team.
After completing paid training from the comfort of your home office, you will have the ability to assist our business-to-business customers in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner. You will place orders for customers, assist with product questions, and discover additional sales opportunities.
Prior experience includes:
- Great customer service skills and previous sales experience required.
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and professional verbal communications.
- Proficient with the internet, data entry and the ability to swiftly move between multiple programs.
- Highly reliable and punctual.
- The ability to perceive and interpret a situation and act upon it in an appropriate manner.
- Organized, accurate and detail oriented.
Paid Training: March 29 through June 3 (10 weeks), Tuesday- Friday each week, 9:00 am – 4:30 pm Central Standard Time (CST)
Enjoy your weekends off: After training, select minimum of 3 shifts per week with one being Friday. Select a start time between 8:00 to 11:00 am CST. You will need to be available occasionally to latest end time of 7:00 pm. CST. This part-time position averages 8-24 hours per week depending on your availability.
You will maintain the following technical requirements to ensure a great experience for our customer:
- Dedicated stationary workspace with a closed door to ensure a noise-free office environment. Desk and chair that allows you to work safely and comfortably.
- Consistently reliable high-speed internet supplied by a cable or DSL provider with minimum download speed of 30 megabits/second or greater.
- Wireless or satellite broadband service is not allowed.
- Stand-alone monitor at least 24”; two monitors are recommended. A TV, laptop or tablet monitor is not compatible with the computer provided.
- Wired internet connection in your home office with modem/router connected within 6 feet of your desk. A phone landline is not required.
- It is useful, but not required, to have access to a smart phone, tablet or laptop for the ability to view training materials while practicing skills on your desktop.
Lands’ End provides home agents with: Computer, keyboard, mouse, headset, phone (land line not necessary).
Physical Requirements: This is a stationary position, continuously listening and talking with customers while working on a computer for 6–8-hour shifts.
