- Must be well organized and computer literate
- Must have at least 2 years of contact center experience

- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus!
- Must be able to work the following schedule; Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday – 7:00am to 3:00pm CST and Saturday, Sunday – 6:00am to 2:00pm CST”
