In this role, you will be addressing customer questions and concerns, while providing clear guidance on regulatory requirements specific to their ignition interlock device (IID) needs. This will involve managing a high volume of incoming customer calls, assessing their needs and working for a resolution, processing customer payments, and representing the brand and their high standards.

The posted pay rate is $18.27/hour + uncapped incentive potential.

As a Part-Time Customer Experience Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our customers by managing a range of inbound inquiries related to ignition interlock devices (IID). In this position, your primary objective is to achieve one-call resolution by efficiently addressing customer questions and concerns, while providing clear guidance on regulatory requirements specific to their IID needs. You will act as a knowledgeable resource, educating customers on their responsibilities and options to ensure they have a smooth, compliant experience with our products and services.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Manage a high volume of incoming customer interactions with efficiency and professionalism.

2. Quickly identify, assess, and resolve customer needs in real-time to ensure a positive experience and satisfaction.

3. Consistently adhere to assigned schedules and demonstrate punctuality.

4. Maintain the ability to type and communicate simultaneously, effectively handling interactions in a fast-paced environment.

5. Provide accurate, relevant, and complete information by utilizing appropriate methods and tools.

6. Process customer payments accurately and securely as needed.

7. Represent our brand by upholding company standards and delivering service aligned with our core values in every interaction.

Job Requirements:

1. High School diploma or GED.

2. Customer Service experience.

3. Ability to pass all training assessments and complete ongoing training as needed.

4. Consistent performance in quality, efficiency, and attendance targets.

5. Calm and solution-focused under pressure.

6. Strong accountability and ability to work independently.

7. Excellent judgment and critical thinking for decisions on state regulations and company policies.

8. 25-hour workweek (no weekends required) between the hours of 9a-3:30p CST
