About Your Work
This role will be responsible for conducting outreach calls to members to gather feedback about their care, customer service experiences, and provider performance. This feedback will directly influence key Quality measures such as CAHPS (Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems) and HOS (Health Outcomes Survey) scores.
You will focus on:
- Responsible for guiding the implementation and sustainability of patient satisfaction initiatives for identified provider(s) to improve patient experience in alignment with the strategic and operational objectives of Altais.
- Patient experience surveys focus on asking patients whether or how often they experienced critical aspects or good aspects of the health care they received, including communication with their doctors, understanding their medication instructions, doctor communication and the coordination of their healthcare needs.
- Make outbound calls to members to gather feedback on their recent healthcare experiences, focusing on their interactions with providers, care teams, and customer service representatives.
- Administer surveys. Collect data on various aspects of the patient experience, including satisfaction with care received, quality of interactions, and providers’ performance.
- Ensure accurate data collection: Accurately record survey responses, ensuring that all information is captured consistently and in compliance with confidentiality standards.
- Provide insightful feedback and identify trends and actionable insights from survey responses. Relay this information to relevant teams for process improvements.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure the integration of survey feedback into ongoing process improvement initiatives.
- Support Altais’ efforts to improve CAHPS and HOS scores by identifying opportunities to enhance member experience.
- Track and follow up on responses to ensure complete participation and high response rates.
- Support process improvements by actively engaging in discussions to improve outreach strategies, question clarity, and overall survey effectiveness.
The Skills, Experience & Education You Bring
- 3 Years experience in customer service or data collection.
- High School Diploma with Associate’s Degree preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Empathy and a customer-focused mindset, with the ability to engage members in meaningful conversations.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with survey software and data entry tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and reporting.
