A couple of weeks ago we posted about this entry level job with Conduent, and now they have added the aforementioned $700/month potential performance incentives.

Conduent, the world’s largest provider of business process services, is hiring Full-Time Work from Home Customer Experience Advocates.

  • Customer Service experience is NOT REQUIRED.
  • College is NOT REQUIRED.
  • The company WILL TRAIN YOU.
  • Pay is $13.50/hour, equipment will be provided, and the job includes health, dental & vision benefits.
  • Able to earn up to $700.00 in incentives per month after completing 30 days of training. Based on Performance.

This is for “Morning to Mid Shift” hours which will, “vary from early morning shift beginning at 7:45 to mid shift at 12:30PM – Monday – Sunday & will be discussed during interview.”

No state hiring restrictions in the job listing, but historically there have been several excluded states.

Requirements

Customer service experience is a plus, but not required. We’re looking for people with a passion for customer service, natural empathy and the determination to deliver a comprehensive solution. To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must type at least 25 wpm
  • Keyboarding and software proficiency
  • Great problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively multi-task
  • High school diploma, GED or college degree
  • Ability to successfully complete a mandatory paid training program
  • If hired, criminal background check is required.
