Symetra has an exciting opportunity to join our service team as Associate Customer Operations Representative!
About the role
The Associate Customer Operations Representative is responsible for reviewing and processing financial and non-financial activities for our active Life Insurance Products, including, but not limited to: withdrawals, surrenders, beneficiary changes, account maintenance. Must be able to maintain a high level of accuracy to ensure a positive customer experience.
What you’ll do in this role
- Process financial and non-financial activities into administrative systems and preparing or keying checks and wires.
- Direct contact with customers and or agents to resolve open issues.
