Their Fast, Easy Application Process
Working Solutions’ fee-free application process is designed to get you into money-making mode as quickly and effectively as possible with these five simple steps:
1. Create a candidate profile (5 minutes): Explore our current opportunities to view our open contracts. Once you’ve found one that interests you, click “Apply Now” to create a candidate profile. We’ll ask you for some basic information and questions to determine if you have the right tools to work with us.
2. Add your Experience and Skills (5 minutes): You’ll add your professional experience and skills to help identify which opportunities may be the best fit for you.
3. Take assessments (30 minutes): As part of the application process, contractors will be prompted to take an online assessment to determine if working with Working Solutions is a good fit. The assessment takes about 30 minutes to complete. Every candidate is required to complete this assessment to be considered for the contract.
4. Install and run technology scanner (3 minutes): You will be prompted to download, install and run a non-invasive scanner to verify if your technology meets Working Solutions’ requirements.
5. Complete program-specific application questions and complete interview: Answer questions specific to the client program you’re interested in and complete your interview.
Since you’ll be contracting from home, you will need to have certain situations and technology in place in order to ensure a smooth interface with their technology and with the customers you’ll be supporting. This includes:
- Quiet, uninterrupted environment during all working hours
- Broadband internet connection, recommended at least 10 MBPS
- Wired internet connection to be used during tech setups, while attending education classes and while working
- Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system must be used
- Valid antivirus software installed, running and up to date
- Wired USB headset with microphone (Gaming headsets not accepted)
- Contractors must have a smart phone, Android tablet or iPad and be willing to install an authentication app related to program work.
Is this role full-time or part-time?
YES! 😉
Since you’ll be setting your own hours, you could work full-time, part-time, or a mixture of both depending on program availability and your personal and/or financial needs. Agents schedule their own time based on client hours operation and availability. You can work as few as 10-15 hours per week or 40+, depending on availability. The hours of operation for this client are 8:00am to 8:00pm CST, Monday – Friday.

Working Solutions works with a wide variety of clients — each with their own specific needs.
Since you, as a contractor, will be servicing their clients, Working Solutions provides fee-free education classes that will give you the information and context you need to tailor your customer service skills to a particular client and their customers.
Additionally, Working Solutions provides their contractors (you) with ongoing support as they work with their clients.
This process helps to ensure your success, the customer’s satisfaction and, ultimately, a great relationship between Working Solutions and their clients.
