What Your Day Will Look Like (Non-Phone Work)

As a Copay Claims Processor, you will manage and process copay claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company guidelines. Your role involves data entry and analysis, supporting the finance team in resolving discrepancies. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members to improve processes and contribute to the overall efficiency of the department.

Responsibilities & Expectations

  • Process Claims: Efficiently manage and process copay claims to ensure timely payments
  • Data Entry: Accurately input claim information into the system for record-keeping and analysis
  • Verify Information: Ensure all claim data is complete and compliant with company standards
  • Collaborate with Team: Work with team members to identify and resolve any discrepancies
  • Improve Processes: Suggest improvements to streamline claim processing workflows

Relevant Experience & Skills Required

Compensation & Benefits
