Planning Center offers full-time remote positions with flexible schedules. The Customer Support Agent roles are split between two shifts, from Sunday to Wednesday and Tuesday to Friday. Regular collaboration is facilitated through digital tools, with in-person gatherings at the Carlsbad, CA office three times a year.
What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Customer Support Agent, you will provide empathetic support primarily through email and chat, with ninety-seven percent (97%) of interactions handled through written communication. You will assist customers by understanding their needs, explaining product features, and meeting performance targets. You’ll also collaborate with the team to improve documentation and internal processes.
