In this role, which starts on 1/16/25, you will be doing outreach to patients to schedule appointments for preventative health screenings, assess for high risk or other healthcare appointments. You will also make welcome calls and assist members and patients with benefits and insurance information, and conduct patient surveys.

Applicants should have at least a high school diploma or GED; strong computer experience (data entry, screen navigation, keyboarding); experience with Microsoft Outlook (email) and Word; excellent customer service skills; and great written nd oral communication skills.

The posted pay rate is $15 per hour.

Qualifications

To be eligible for the position, a minimum internet download speed of 100Mbps and upload speed of 20Mbps are necessary.

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required – this will be verified during background check
  • Strong computer experience (data entry, screen navigation, keyboarding),
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook (email) and Word
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent demonstration of caring and compassion
  • Able to provide 2 monitors at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
