Logistics
This remote, part-time contract role (20 hours per week) is open to candidates in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Latin America. The position offers flexible scheduling with self-managed hours while requiring availability during U.S. business hours and at least 3–4 hours of overlap with Pacific Time.
What Your Day Will Look Like
Your day will primarily involve discovering and reaching out to creators whose audiences align with Springboard’s target market. You’ll evaluate creators beyond basic metrics, focusing on engagement and conversion potential. Additionally, you’ll negotiate partnership terms, set up tracking infrastructure, and manage campaign content and approvals.

- Manage Campaigns: Coordinate content and approvals to ensure brand alignment and schedule adherence

Compensation & Benefits
