Marketplace Specialists play a crucial role at Unison Marketplace, serving on various teams such as Sourcing, Marketplace Support, Marketplace Assurance, and Buyer Support. This seasonal position, with start dates from March 2024 through July, offers a commitment of 40+ hours per week. Responsibilities:

1. Manage a dashboard of available Buys on the marketplace.
2. Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers for government contracts.
3. Educate customers on utilizing the marketplace.
4. Troubleshoot user difficulties via phone and email.
5. Obtain and document customer feedback.
6. Utilize and create reports via business intelligence tools.
7. Build external client relationships and coordinate with internal teams.
