Calling all pet lovers! We are seeking a new Lost Pet Recovery Specialist to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer assistance with reuniting lost and found pets with their families. This is a fully remote position! Shift time : 2pm-10pm EST M-F and Weekends 9-8pm EST
Duties Include
- Assist customers with their questions and lost and found pet submissions via phone during our business and ’emergency hours’
- Handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy and maintain customer confidentiality
- Resolve issues in a professional and timely matter and assist with pet registrations
Qualifications and Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year relevant work/customer service experience
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Engaging personality
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
- A love for pets is a major plus!
