Job Summary
As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls professionally and provide information about products or services
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and assist pet parents in completing their pet’s microchip registrations.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns with patience and empathy
- Utilize computer systems to track customer interactions, record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member
- Meet performance metrics such as call handling time, productivity, and quality standards
Experience
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to actively listen to customers
- Proficiency in data entry and navigating computer systems efficiently
- Experience in conflict management and problem-solving
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
- Love of pets is a major plus!
