Achieve Test Prep is a company that helps working college students assess their ability to earn college credits using the credit-by-exam process. Their purpose is, “to increase the number of working college students that graduate, and do so in a way that protects students’ financial health.”
Currently, the company is seeking work from home Appointment Bookers.
“For this position there is an hourly rate plus incentive The better you perform, the more you make. You are compensated an incentive for every appointment that shows even if that prospect does not enroll.”

“Achieve is seeking a person with sales experience to book appointments for our Admission Representatives. There is no cold calling. Every potential student lead is generated by marketing that drives in the inquiry. But don’t be fooled, booking an appointment is not easy! You must still know how to qualify the customer and build value. Both inbound and outbound calls will be handled. Each call is a sales call and you will be selling the appointment. As an experienced salesperson, you should already know what we mean by that.

“Requirements
- Must be able to write and speak in fluent English
- Location – Home-based
- We are looking for full time applicants, however we will consider part time for the right candidate. We need coverage: Sunday – Saturday 8:30am – 10pm Eastern Time
- Strong work ethic: someone that inherently always takes their job performance very seriously and clearly outperforms most of his or her coworkers
- Good rapport: Ability to build rapport quickly with strangers. The knack for making people immediately feel at ease even during tense situations
- Positive attitude: The natural tendency and desire to always have a positive impact on the people around you in the workplace
- Understanding people and the human mind: How and why people make decisions. You will find each phone call both challenging and rewarding as you uncover the prospective student’s needs
- Money-motivated – The natural internal instinct to drive oneself to not only achieve your earnings goals, but surpass them
- Comfortable working within CRM software. We utilize SalesForce.
