As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll be the first line of support, answering questions via phone, text, and email. You’ll become a product expert, learning the intricacies of Clair’s services and the earned wage advance space. Collaborating with various teams, you’ll ensure users have an exceptional experience, all while expanding your knowledge in the fintech industry.

  • Numerical Aptitude: Handle finance-related queries
