KellyConnect has posted openings for Work from Home Customer Experience Specialists. Pay starts at $17/hr. No geographical limitations are noted, but you do have to live in the United States.
Per the company, you would “help our clients over the phone or by email, handling inbound calls and scheduling service appointments for their customers.” The job is full-time, with benefits.
You don’t have to have a college education. But you should be able to type at least 45 words per minute and have a year of customer service experience.

Utilizing internal resources, along with your friendly and professional demeanor, you keep our clients happy and build excellent customer rapport. You are essential to each client’s success as well as our own success. Flexible scheduling with some nights and weekend shifts required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn other cloud-based software
- Basic keyboarding skills (45+ WPM, 95% accuracy)
- A private, quiet, and completely distraction-free space to work
- Required computer equipment:
- A Pentium processor Core i3 or higher
- 8 or more GB RAM
- Two monitors
- A high-speed internet connection that is wired directly to the router
- A noise-canceling headset
- Ability to pass a criminal background and a drug test
- HVAC, plumbing, or electrical home-service customer service or dispatcher experience a plus
