The posted pay rate is $18-$24 per hour, and the company offers a benefits package.

Responsible for collecting on delinquent accounts in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Request and pursues payment on delinquent accounts via communication with customers.
- Utilize basic internet and computer search tools to locate customer contact information.
- Negotiate payment terms and schedules on delinquent accounts.
- Follow established guidelines to review and update account status.
- Maintain detailed records payment promises and pertinent account details; schedule follow-up communication with customers.
- Minimize objections for payment and suggest available customer-friendly payment options.
- Accept payments over the phone via credit card.
- Communicate escalations with management and other team members.
- Monitor accounts receivable and cash receipt reports.
- Assist in compiling information for bankruptcy claims and collection agency placements.
- May assist in reviews, investigations and corrections of errors and inconsistencies in invoicing.
- Other duties and projects as directed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required: 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of educations and experience.
- High level of confidentiality
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to multitask
