Lead employee relations intake operations, oversee inquiry routing, and manage HR case workflows for a remote associate relations team.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 3–6 associates managing HR case intake and inquiry routing
- Oversee case assignment, intake processes, and resolution workflows
- Monitor inquiry volume and ensure appropriate staffing coverage
- Maintain intake forms, templates, and internal policy resources
- Conduct monthly QA and customer satisfaction reviews
- Manage confidential associate relations case data
- Support process improvements and internal operational initiatives
Relevant Experience & Skills
- 1+ year experience as a people leader
- 3+ years HR experience preferred
- Experience managing HR inquiries, inboxes, or case routing
- Familiarity with employee relations topics such as leaves, accommodations, and disciplinary actions
- Experience with Salesforce and Jira preferred
- Strong decision-making and confidentiality handling skills
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated compensation for this role is $109,900 – $125,400/yr. + performance based incentive compensation eligibility.
