This position is well suited for entry-to-mid-career candidates with experience in dispatching, scheduling, coordination, or operations support who want a stable, full-time remote role. The job is fully remote and open to U.S.-based applicants.
Schedule note: 3–5 days/week with 8–12 hour shifts; schedule changes based on business need and includes 1 weekend day weekly plus holidays.

Responsibilities
- Create, dispatch, and manage service work orders.
- Coordinate schedules and workflows for field service personnel.
- Monitor dispatch queues and update job status in internal systems.
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely service.

Relevant Experience & Skills
- Experience in dispatching, scheduling, coordination, or operations support.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfort working with scheduling systems and internal platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated compensation for this role is $22.30 – $28.50/hr. + benefits.
