This role is responsible for providing support to customers to ensure a positive experience aligned with the company’s service delivery strategy. The position focuses on retaining customers who request to disconnect or downgrade services by understanding their needs, resolving concerns, and reinforcing the value of Xfinity products and services.

The role is fully virtual and work-from-home.

Hours of Operation
Monday through Saturday: 5:45 a.m. to 10:45 p.m. Eastern Time
Closed Sundays

Work Schedule Options
3:30 p.m. to 12:00 midnight ET
3:45 p.m. to 12:15 a.m. ET

Job Responsibilities

  • Retain customers through active listening and discovery to understand satisfaction levels and cancellation requests
  • Build consultative relationships and resolve customer concerns professionally
  • Promote, sell, and explain current and emerging Xfinity products and services
  • Match customers with solutions based on their needs and preferences
  • Use multiple systems and tools, including billing and knowledge bases, during interactions
  • Educate customers on self-service options
  • Handle high-volume interactions while maintaining composure in stressful situations
  • Meet established performance and retention goals
  • Attend required training and maintain consistent attendance
  • Work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as needed

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base pay of $16.00 per hour
  • Eligibility for commission or bonus depending on role classification
