What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Remote Onboarding Consultant, you will lead consultative onboarding and training for customers with moderate-to-high complexity needs. This includes guiding them through advanced workflows and structured adoption plans. You will also manage customer conversations across channels, ensuring accurate documentation and escalation when necessary.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Lead Consultative Onboarding: Guide customers through advanced workflows and structured adoption plans
- Run Structured Discovery: Assess needs, workflows, and readiness to identify adoption risks
- Deliver Value and Mitigation: Facilitate workflow validation and mitigate risks early
- Build Customer Confidence: Identify quick wins to enhance engagement
- Execute Serve-to-Sell Motions: Partner cross-functionally to deliver value justification
Relevant Experience & Skills Required
- Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, marketing, or equivalent experience preferred
- Communication Skills: Proven ability to manage complex customer conversations across channels
- Financial Expertise: Strong knowledge of SMB financial workflows, including accounting
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple onboarding engagements concurrently
- Technical Proficiency: Comfort with CRM and case management tools
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated compensation for this role is $24.00 – $34.00/hr. based on experience and location.
