Caleres is an American footwear company that owns and operates a variety of footwear brands, including Famous Footwear, Diane von Furstenberg, Naturalizer, Via Spiga, Fergie Footwear, and others.
The company has posted an opening for a Call Center Specialist to work from home to “deliver exceptional customer service” to their clients.
There are NO weekend shifts and the starting salary is $18/hour.
The company also offers a comprehensive benefits package that starts on day one.

We seek people who:
- Ensure solutions-oriented approach when addressing consumer issues
- Have experience serving customers through multiple channels including phone, email, social media and chat
- Maintain high-customer satisfaction and response rates within one business day
- Understand the value in representing Vionic’s brand in a professional manner
- Demonstrate fluency with direct-to-consumer (DTC) policy and procedures
- Continually seek process improvement opportunities to enhance the consumer experience
- Help spot trends regarding returns, customer feedback and website bugs
We seek people with these qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in a direct-to-consumer call handling role – in footwear or apparel a plus!
- eCommerce experience is preferred
- Requires very strong typing, accurate data entry and email writing skills
- Enthusiastic approach to customer service; with an overactive empathy gene, a love for helping others and exceeding consumer expectations
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to deescalate sensitive consumer issues to ensure a positive experience
- Understanding of on-line ordering systems and internet savvy
- Ability to identify and solve problems efficiently and quickly and maintain high level of productivity with the ability to multi-task and reprioritize tasks
- Basic fluency with MS Office applications (Word and Excel) and Google Docs, required
- Beyond beginner level of MS Excel preferred, but not required
