1. Seasonal HR Coordinator
The Seasonal HR Coordinator supports Minted’s Recruiting and HR teams during the company’s seasonal hiring period. Responsibilities include coordinating onboarding and off-boarding, conducting virtual I-9 inspections, leading orientation meetings, maintaining HR records, and troubleshooting onboarding issues.
Pay: $25.50 – $33.46/hr.
2. Seasonal Customer Service Jobs
Minted is hiring Seasonal Customer Service Representatives for three geographic regions:
- Eastern Region
- Mid-Atlantic & Midwest
- Texas & Western US
These roles support customers across phone, email, live chat, and social media. Team members help resolve order questions, custom product inquiries, fulfillment issues, and other customer concerns while working across Minted’s CRM and order-management systems.
Schedules may include evenings and weekends.
Pay: $17.62 – $19.19/hr., depending on location.
3. Seasonal Design Operations Jobs
Minted is also hiring for five remote Seasonal Design Operations positions:
- Seasonal Print Production & Design Assistant – 2026
- Seasonal Print Production Support Specialist – 2026
- Seasonal Print Quality Assistant – 2026
- Seasonal Print Quality Resolution Assistant – 2026
- Seasonal Print Quality Support Representative – 2026
These positions support Minted’s customized print and design operations. Depending on the specific role, work may include reviewing design files, supporting print production, resolving quality issues, documenting orders, and assisting customers with print or design problems.
