Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of work experience, and strong communication skills. Call center, customer service, and medical experience are strongly preferred, along with the ability to work independently in a structured remote environment.

The posted pay rate is $17.75–$21.00 per hour (state minimum wages apply if higher).

Labcorp is seeking a Client Customer Service Support Representative to join its Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Contact Center team. This role supports physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients, and internal customers by addressing inquiries accurately and efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage 50–60 inbound and outbound calls per day

  • Follow standard operating procedures to resolve denied claims

  • Review explanations of benefits and related correspondence

  • Accurately document accounts in accordance with guidelines and regulations

  • Communicate with physicians, insurance companies, and patients

  • Use internal tools to verify eligibility and claim status

  • Recommend process improvements based on policy and SOP review

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of one year of work experience

  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills

  • Ability to meet deadlines and apply critical thinking

  • Prior call center, customer service, or medical experience preferred

Remote Work & Technical Requirements

  • Dedicated, interference-free work area

  • Ability to manage time independently with scheduled breaks

  • Internet download speed of at least 50 Mbps

  • No satellite internet

  • Equipment must connect directly to router/modem via Ethernet (no Wi-Fi or hotspots)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay range: $17.75–$21.00 per hour

  • Full-time schedule: Monday–Thursday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST; Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
