The folks at Working Solutions wanted us to let you know that the need “thousands of Customer Support Reps over the next 2 weeks.”
Currently the company is unable to work with contractors residing in California, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington.
Pay is in the $12 – $16/hour range.
Here’s a glimpse at the types of positions they have open right now:
Customer Service Specialist
“Join us as a Customer Service Specialist. You will provide elevated customer support through phone, email, SMS and chat for a well-known online real estate database company. Contractors will facilitate the connection of home buyers and sellers to real estate agents.
Required Skills
- 1+ years of experience in a high-volume, customer-service role (i.e. call center, retail or similar environment).
- Excellent verbal and/or written communication skills using phone, email, and text.
- High degree of comfort working with software and technology to perform job duties.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and set daily goals. Proficient use of web-based products, MS Office and Sales Force preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with real estate industry a plus.”
Customer Support Associate
“Join us as a customer support associate. You’ll provide elevated, high energy customer support and experiences through phone, email, and live chat for an exercise equipment company. You will interact with customers to identify and resolve their problems through hardware and software troubleshooting, while engaging in an empathetic and direct way.
Required Skills

- Ability to install and uninstall applications and download products and applications using various browsers.”
Hospitality Customer Service Representative

- Familiarity with operating systems, including Windows OS versions and/or Mac OS versions.
- Ability to install and uninstall applications and download products and applications using various browsers.
- Ability to function in a multisystem Microsoft environment, using Word, Outlook, intranet, internet, and other software applications.”
Bilingual (Spanish) – Sales and Customer Service Representative
“Join us as a Bilingual (Spanish) Sales & Customer Service Representative. You will provide personalized customer service support via phone, email and/or live chat. You will assist customers by identifying and resolving issues and using consultative sales methods, guiding callers towards the right solutions for their individual needs.
Required Skills
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- At least 1-year experience in a high-volume, customer-service role (e.g., call center, retail store or similar environment).
