The company accepts independent contractors from all states except California, New York Pennsylvania and Washington.

Customer Care Associates
“We are hiring remote independent contractors to provide friendly, outgoing customer support via phone, email, and chat for an online, personalized consumer goods company through the holiday season. Contractors will assist customers with questions about products, pricing, orders, shipping, and website and app navigation.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a high-volume, customer-service role (i.e. call center, retail, or similar environment).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- Have a friendly, bright, and outgoing personality with a “can do” attitude.
- High degree of comfort working with software and technology to perform job duties.
- Ability to deliver high quality customer service using phone, email, and chat.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and set daily goals.
- Proficient use of web-based products, MS Office and Sales Force preferred but not required.”
Customer Support Associates
“We are hiring remote, independent contractors to provide elevated, high energy customer support and experiences through phone, email and live chat for an in-home fitness app company. You will interact with customers to identify and resolve their problems through hardware and software troubleshooting, while engaging in an empathetic and direct way.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a high-volume, customer-service role (i.e. call center, retail or similar environment).
- Experience dealing with complex, high-pressured customer service situations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multi-task.
- High degree of comfort working with software and technology to perform job duties.
- Flexibility to work any shift within client’s operating hours Monday – Sunday 7 am – 9 pm.”
Insurance Verification Representatives
“This is a remote independent contractor position. You will be responsible for qualifying and converting leads into clients via inbound and outbound calls for insurance providers. Contractors will contact consumers to verify their information, assess their needs and circumstances, and connect them with a licensed insurance agent to provide them with an insurance quote (auto, home, life, etc.)
Qualifications – Education and Experience:
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a high-volume, sales role (i.e. call center, retail or similar environment).
- Having achieved a satisfactory level of technical skill or knowledge. Familiarity with operating systems, including
- Windows OS versions and/or Mac OS versions. Ability to install and uninstall applications. Ability to download products and applications using various browsers.
- Strong problem solvers
- Sales experience preferred”
Sales Development Representatives
“This remote, independent contractor position is responsible for qualifying and converting leads into clients via inbound and outbound calls for insurance providers.
