As a Billing & AR Support Specialist, the focus will be on supporting the billing cycle, handling invoicing, and managing accounts receivable.
What Your Day Will Look Like (Non-Phone Work)
Daily tasks include assisting with billing operations using Nevoya’s TMS software, ensuring accurate documentation and timely billing. Responsibilities extend to reviewing order data, generating invoices, and uploading them to customer portals. You’ll also support monthly reconciliations and finance reporting, contributing to a seamless cash flow process.
