As a full-time, remote position, the Clinical Documentation Specialist role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere within the central region. The role requires a 40-hour workweek, allowing for a balanced schedule and the ability to collaborate with regional leaders and care teams effectively.
What Your Day Will Look Like
In this role, you will conduct comprehensive chart reviews and collaborate with regional leaders to optimize workflows. You will access and review electronic medical records, identify opportunities for improving patient outcomes, and prepare monthly reviews. Additionally, you’ll analyze chronic condition prevalence and monitor clinical documentation efforts to support efficient and effective patient care.

Compensation & Benefits
The compensation for this role is $18.50 – $38.82/hr..
