This role is a part-time, temporary position with the potential to transition into a full-time role. It is fully remote, offering flexibility to work from anywhere. The role requires experience in behavioral health credentialing and enrollment, which is a plus.
What Your Day Will Look Like
In this role, you will manage provider credentialing and enrollment tasks, focusing on resolving enrollment issues and reducing denials. Daily activities include reviewing Medicaid applications, managing rosters and reporting, and ensuring compliance with payor requirements. You will also support telehealth enrollment workflows and assist with administrative tasks to maintain audit readiness.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Credentialing Support: Review and resolve enrollment issues
- Denial Management: Identify and trend denial patterns
- Application Review: Handle Medicaid applications and re-validations
- Roster Management: Prepare and submit monthly rosters
- Compliance Tracking: Resolve payers pending over 90 days
Relevant Experience & Skills Required
- Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED
- Experience Level: Minimum two years in credentialing
- Platform Knowledge: CAQH and Medallion
- Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail
- Multitasking Ability: Manage multiple priorities
Compensation & Benefits
The compensation for this role is $33.00 – $36.00/hr..
