This is a full-time, remote position offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from home. The Credentialing & Enrollment Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring clinicians are credentialed and enrolled in payor networks efficiently.
What Your Day Will Look Like
The Specialist will manage credentialing applications, conduct primary source verifications, and coordinate with various teams. Daily tasks include submitting enrollment packets, maintaining provider records, and acting as a liaison between providers and payors to resolve credentialing and enrollment issues.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Review Applications: Ensure compliance with standards
- Conduct Verifications: Handle primary source checks
- Submit Packets: Send accurate enrollment submissions
- Maintain Records: Update provider data in databases
- Resolve Issues: Liaise between providers and payors
Relevant Experience & Skills Required
- Education Requirements: Associate’s degree or equivalent
- Experience Needed: 3-5 years in credentialing
- Platform Knowledge: PECOS, Medicare, Medicaid
- Tech Skills: Google Workplace, Microsoft Office
- Certification: CPCS is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
The compensation for this role is $65,000 – $67,000/yr..
