This is a contract role offering a flexible work schedule and remote working environment. The initial contract is for two months, with the possibility of extension based on business needs. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship needs.
What Your Day Will Look Like (Non-Phone Work)
Your day will involve credentialing providers by performing primary source verification of licensure and related credentials. You will coordinate follow-up efforts to ensure providers meet their onboarding timelines and address any credentialing-related issues. Additionally, you will liaise between third-party vendors and Midi Health providers, handling ad hoc licensing projects as needed.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Credential Providers: Perform PSV of licensure and related credentials
- Coordinate Follow-Up: Ensure providers meet credentialing and onboarding timelines
- Investigate Issues: Address credentialing-related obstacles and issues
- Provide Expertise: Offer subject matter expertise to internal stakeholders
- Handle Projects: Manage additional duties and ad hoc licensing projects
Relevant Experience & Skills Required
- Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Industry Experience: 2+ years in licensing and credentialing
- Database Proficiency: Experience with credentialing databases like Verifiable/Salesforce
- Project Management: Proven project management skills
- Analytical Skills: Ability to critically analyze process workflows
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated compensation for this role is $35.00/hr. based on experience.
