What Your Day Will Look Like

As a Customer Care Associate, responsibilities include providing top-notch support via email and phone to clients, end users, and restaurant partners. The role involves troubleshooting order issues, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring smooth operations of the Group Orders and Passport products. Collaboration with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and improve processes is key.
