The posted pay rate is $45,000 per year, plus the ability to earn a 5% annual bonus.

The company is hiring from the U.S. (must be available to work shifts within 8am–6pm ET / 7am–5pm CT / 5am–4pm MT).

MassMutual is growing and seeking Customer Care Specialists who will answer questions for their career agents while emphasizing knowledge, policy adherence, and strong problem-solving. This role requires accountability, agility, inclusiveness, communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Hours & Training

  • Hours of operation: 8am–6pm ET (7am–5pm CT / 5am–4pm MT)
  • Must be willing to work any shift within operating hours
  • Monday–Friday; no weekends
  • Salary: $45K plus eligibility for a 5% annual bonus
  • Seven weeks of paid virtual training
  • Mandatory training runs January 19, 2026 – March 6, 2026

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary service contact for registered representatives
  • Conduct research and gather information from appropriate resources
  • Identify required actions in alignment with corporate compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Provide accurate, prompt, and courteous service across all inquiries
  • Build rapport with agencies and manage complex or high-volume needs
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert in one or more business lines and expand knowledge over time
  • Foster a welcoming environment for differing ideas and perspectives

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to pass a FINRA-related fingerprint background check

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience in financial products, hospitality, or retail sales
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Proficiency with multitasking and multiple systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation & Benefits

SALARY: $45K PLUS ability to earn 5% annual bonus
