According to the company, this role supports customers across their full lifecycle while strengthening the online community and improving the overall customer experience. The position focuses heavily on social and reputation management, including Facebook Group moderation and engagement across platforms like Reddit and Trustpilot. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week role that includes weekend and some holiday shifts, with non-traditional hours and occasional overtime as needed.

Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to high volumes of customer questions and comments across email, phone, SMS, live chat, and social media.

  • Meet daily resolution targets, First Response Time goals, and SLA commitments.

  • Moderate brand communities by reviewing and approving posts, removing inappropriate content, answering questions, and maintaining alignment with community guidelines.

  • Create a weekly social community roundup highlighting customer feedback and trends.

  • Strengthen reputation across channels, including Reddit and Trustpilot, through proactive, thoughtful engagement.

  • Identify emerging themes across social platforms and share actionable insights with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams.

  • Maintain brand voice and tone while meeting CSAT goals.

  • Support lifecycle messaging through Braze, especially during significant customer moments.

  • Keep Zendesk macros, Help Center FAQs, and AI-Agent templates updated and accurate.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a customer-facing support or communications role.

  • Experience managing social channels or online communities (Facebook Group experience preferred).

  • 1+ years of CRM experience; Zendesk preferred (Kustomer or Gorgias also accepted).

  • Familiarity with Braze is a plus.

  • Excellent writing and editing skills.

  • Ability to travel for team-building events.

  • Strong emotional intelligence and solution-oriented communication.

  • Highly organized and comfortable navigating multiple tools.

  • Motivated, positive, proactive, and transparent work style.
