Epic is currently hiring for a full-time, remote Customer Experience Agent position on a temporary 3-month contract. The role operates within standard business hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST. This setup offers the flexibility of working from anywhere, ensuring a work-life balance.
What Your Day Will Look Like
As the first point of contact for Epic’s users, your day will involve managing and resolving support tickets via Zendesk. You’ll address inquiries from parents, educators, and administrators, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure users maximize their experience with Epic’s platform. Collaboration with internal teams to escalate complex issues and suggest process improvements will also be part of your daily routine.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Respond to Inquiries: Handle emails via Zendesk
- Troubleshoot Issues: Resolve account and billing problems
- Escalate Complex Cases: Forward to internal teams
- Utilize Macros: Ensure consistent support quality
- Collaborate: Suggest improvements for recurring issues
Relevant Experience & Skills Required
- Education Requirements: No degree required
- Platform Experience: Zendesk or similar tools
- Communication Skills: Excellent written abilities
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills
