What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Customer Experience Associate, you will address customer inquiries through various channels such as email, phone, and social media. Your day will involve tracking order statuses, resolving service issues, and coordinating with shipping companies. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to exceed customer expectations and maintain detailed records of customer interactions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
