Job Summary:
On-boarding New Vendors (Clinics) onto DISA Site Network. Performing Site Network Analysis to determine areas for Service Coverage.
Essential Functions:
- Manage Site Network per Compliance protocols for Audits, Collector Errors (Fatal Flaws) following DOT Part 40 Regulations including DISA’s Non-Regulated Drug Testing Policies and DISA’s Standards for Service Providers.
- Database Maintenance updating Clinic Services, Fees, and Demographic Changes.
- Manages and Maintains Clinic Collector Certifications (Drug Testing Services – Urine, BAT, Hair & Oral Fluid), Occupational Medical Licenses (DOT Physicals etc..) and MSA Contracts between DISA & vendors (Clinics).
- Assist Internal and External Customers with any Clinic Related Issues meeting Internal SLA Standards and DOT Part 40 Regulations.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel, Word & Outlook.
- Strong General Typing Skills.
- Strong Communication & Customer Service skills.
- Strong Multi-tasking skills. Clinic Customer Service Experience.
Educational Requirements:
- High school diploma, or equivalent, and two (2) years related work experience.
Work Schedule: 11:30am – 8:00pm EST
Physical demands and Equipment Use:
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms.
- Employee must occasionally lift up to fifteen (15) pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
