What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Billing Operations Associate, you’ll manage the billing lifecycle for retail partners, ensuring accurate invoicing and compliance with financial controls. Tasks include executing monthly billing cycles, processing credit and debit memos, maintaining Oracle workbooks, and responding to billing inquiries. This role is strictly non-phone, focusing on operational excellence and accuracy.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Execute Billing: Manage monthly billing cycles
- Process Memos: Handle credit and debit memos
- Maintain Workbooks: Build Oracle workbooks
- Review Contracts: Identify billing requirements

Relevant Experience & Skills Required
- Education Requirements: 2+ years in billing ops
- ERP Systems: Oracle or similar experience
- Spreadsheet Proficiency: Excel, Google Sheets
- CRM Knowledge: Salesforce or similar
- Attention to Detail: Manage high-volume workloads
Compensation & Benefits
The compensation for this role is $28.37 – $32.94/hr.. (based on location)
