In this role, you will be responsible for providing inbound and outbound telephone support to customers and agents. You will assist with both written and verbal requests and service a variety of product types, building transaction knowledge over time.
Job Responsibilities

Assist with inquiries related to new business applications and in-force policy transactions

Apply knowledge of processes related to new business, claims, and in-force back-office functions
Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask and effectively use available tools and resources

Comfort adapting to daily changes in business needs or systems

High school diploma or equivalent experience

6 months to 1 year of experience as an Associate CSR or in a similar role
Compensation & Benefits

Hourly pay range of $22.00–$32.95
