Beyond Finance, a financial services company specializing in hardship relief programs, has posted a Remote Customer Service Representative opening to their careers page.
In this role, you would be the primary point of contact for clients enrolled in financial hardship programs, guiding them from enrollment through program completion. Role Overview
The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for clients enrolled in Beyond Finance’s financial hardship programs. Representatives guide clients from enrollment through graduation, helping them navigate their program and ensuring a positive and supportive experience. This role includes a four-week training program to create program experts and maintain white-glove service standards.
Job Responsibilities

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of call center experience
