Concentrix, a global customer experience company, has posted a Remote Customer Service / Tech Support Rep – Financial opening to their careers page.
In this role, you would provide inbound customer support via calls or internet, resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products, document information in databases, and offer additional products or services while delivering excellent customer experiences.
Applicants should have at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong problem-solving skills, proficiency with computers and fast multitasking, a quiet workspace, and reliable high-speed internet. Technical support experience is preferred but not required. A high school diploma or GED is necessary, and candidates must reside in the U.S. within approved states.
The posted pay rate is $15 per hour.

Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer inquiries using call flow guides

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and client products

Requirements

Minimum 1 year customer service experience; tech support experience preferred

High school diploma or GED

Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
