As a full-time remote opportunity, this role offers flexibility with potential shifts between 7:00 am and 11:00 pm local time, including weekends during peak seasons. Training is mandatory for the first six weeks, scheduled from 10 am to 6:30 pm EST.
What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Customer Success Agent, daily tasks include engaging in phone interactions to assist members with plan benefits, resolving issues, and supporting member retention. Collaboration with care teams and sales agents will be key in guiding members through their healthcare journey.
Responsibilities & Expectations

- Resolve Issues: Address disenrollment and eligibility concerns

Relevant Experience & Skills Required
- Education Requirements: Health insurance license needed
- Experience: 2+ years in virtual environments
- Technical Skills: Proficient in multiple systems
- Medicare Knowledge: Understand benefits and services
- Language Skills: Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
Compensation & Benefits
The compensation for this role is $48,900 – $66,200/yr..
