This full-time role is remote and requires working night shifts, including weekends and holidays, to support Sleeper’s global user base. The position offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing for a balanced work-life integration. Candidates will be expected to cover 40 hours per week across five days, with two days off.
What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Customer Success Associate, daily tasks include providing exceptional customer service through various channels such as email, chat, and social media. Responsibilities also involve assisting with user onboarding, resolving technical issues, and reviewing transactions for potential fraud. Team members will collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless operations and user satisfaction.

Compensation & Benefits
