Sleeper’s customer support team serves as the front line for its users, playing a critical role in user onboarding, issue resolution, and collecting feedback to guide product and feature improvements. This role focuses specifically on the Sleeper Picks product, a simplified and fast-paced Daily Fantasy Sports experience designed for a broad audience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service across email, chat, and social media channels

  • Respond to user complaints, requests, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner

  • Assist Regulatory Operations, Compliance, and internal teams with ad hoc requests and fraud reviews

  • Support Operations and Fraud teams related to user interactions and DFS products

  • Review player deposit and withdrawal transactions to identify potential fraud

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Support or Customer Success role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes of issues

  • High level of empathy and a customer-focused mindset

  • Availability to work 40 hours per week, including weeknights, weekends, holidays, and major sporting event days
