Sleeper’s customer support team serves as the front line for its users, playing a critical role in user onboarding, issue resolution, and collecting feedback to guide product and feature improvements. This role focuses specifically on the Sleeper Picks product, a simplified and fast-paced Daily Fantasy Sports experience designed for a broad audience.
Job Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service across email, chat, and social media channels

Respond to user complaints, requests, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner

Assist Regulatory Operations, Compliance, and internal teams with ad hoc requests and fraud reviews

Support Operations and Fraud teams related to user interactions and DFS products

Review player deposit and withdrawal transactions to identify potential fraud
Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Support or Customer Success role

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes of issues

High level of empathy and a customer-focused mindset

Availability to work 40 hours per week, including weeknights, weekends, holidays, and major sporting event days
