This role is foundational in building the customer support function, providing ample opportunity for growth and development. The position requires managing customer interactions primarily through Slack and email, ensuring timely responses and effective issue resolution.
What Your Day Will Look Like
Monitor customer inquiries and provide swift responses, resolving issues related to platform navigation, onboarding, and billing. Accurately log interactions in the ticketing system and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Shape the support function by contributing to the knowledge base and improving processes.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Monitor Channels: Track inquiries via Slack and email
- Resolve Issues: Handle navigation and billing queries
- Triage Requests: Route escalations with full context
- Log Interactions: Accurately document in Pylon
- Identify Patterns: Contribute to knowledge base updates
Relevant Experience & Skills Required
- Education Requirements: No degree required
- Communication Skills: Clear, concise, and warm
- Organizational Skills: Manage multiple channels
- Platform Familiarity: Experience with Pylon, HubSpot
- Compliance Knowledge: SOC 2, ISO 27001 familiarity
Compensation & Benefits
