In this role, you would support independent truckers by handling inbound calls, resolving issues in real time, and delivering thoughtful, customer-focused assistance in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Applicants should have prior remote customer support experience, strong communication skills, comfort with technology tools, and a genuine customer-first mindset. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly preferred.
The posted pay rate is $23 – $25 per hour.

Mudflap serves the $800B trucking industry by providing market-leading payment products that help independent truckers save money on fuel while connecting fuel stops with new customers. The Customer Support team operates 24/7/365 and plays a critical role in supporting truckers when they need help most.
This is a full-time, remote, day-shift position. Some schedules offer a 4-day, 10-hour work week.
Available Shifts
Saturday – Tuesday, 10 AM – 8 PM EST (4×10)
Friday – Monday, 8 AM – 6 PM EST (4×10)
Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 3 PM EST
Job Responsibilities
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers over the phone
- Troubleshoot issues quickly and confidently in real time
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls efficiently
- Deliver a thoughtful, personalized customer experience
- Navigate tools such as Zendesk, Slack, and internal systems
- Collaborate with teammates and continuously improve service quality
Requirements & Experience
- 2+ years of remote customer support experience, ideally in fintech or a tech startup
- Experience using Zendesk or similar ticketing systems
- Fluency in English; Spanish fluency strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills
