Keeper Security is a rapidly growing cybersecurity company protecting millions of users globally.

In this remote role you’ll handle inbound calls, chats, and emails from consumer customers, helping them understand product features, troubleshoot issues, and navigate password management and security tools.

This position is best suited for early- to mid-career support professionals who thrive in high-volume environments and are comfortable multitasking across phone, chat, and screen-sharing sessions. The shift is fixed (Tuesday–Saturday evenings, 4.30pm – 1.00am CST), and candidates must be located in Central, Mountain, or Eastern time zones. Fully remote, with hybrid flexibility available in the Chicago metro area.

Respond to inbound customer inquiries and provide product guidance and troubleshooting support for Keeper’s consumer cybersecurity software.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve inquiries via phone, email, chat, and screen sharing
  • Identify trends in support issues and escalate as needed
  • Reproduce bugs and report findings to management
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer data
  • Follow documented support procedures and quality standards

Relevant Experience & Skills

  • 1+ year customer service or support experience
  • Experience supporting software or technical products preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Experience with Mac, Windows, Android, and iOS devices
  • Typing speed 40+ WPM
  • Experience in high-volume support environments
  • Bilingual (Spanish, Italian, Dutch, or French) a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Compensation & Benefits

The estimated compensation for this role is $43,000–$65,000/yr. (Estimated based on comparable U.S. remote technical support roles. Actual compensation may vary by experience and location).
